Neuro-affirming =
Supporting neurodivergent brains through accommodations, autonomy, and acceptance.
We believe the environment should adapt to people—not the other way around.
Choose from high and low sensory classes, enjoy calming lighting and thoughtfully designed spaces, and join a community where unmasking is welcomed.
From yoga and Pilates to therapist-led skills groups, every offering is built around one simple idea: healing happens when people feel safe enough to unmask, advocate for their needs, and experience genuine belonging within a supportive community.
